Juuret Jewellery's products are available for purchase through www.juuretjewellery.com by private customers, companies, and organisations located in mainland Finland. If you are located elsewhere (including the Åland Islands) and wish to make a purchase, please get in touch by sending an email to juuretjewellery@gmail.com.

Juuret Jewellery reserves the right to make changes to product prices and shipping costs. In the unlikely event that an ordered product should become unavailable, Juuret Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the purchase of said product.
Payments
Payments on this website are powered by Wix Payments and are secure and encrypted. You may pay by Credit or Debit card or opt to be sent an invoice via email. Invoices will be sent during office hours.
Please note that your order will not be dispatched until your payment has been registered. If you have selected to pay by invoice and your order has not been paid for by the due date, your order will be cancelled.
Processing & Shipping
With the exception of made to order items such as the Goddess ring, your order will usually be processed within 3-4 business days. Should an item be temporarily out of stock the processing time might be longer as the product will need to be handmade from scratch. Juuret Jewellery will contact you via email if your order is going to be subject to a delay of this kind.
Once processed your order will be shipped with Posti. The estimated delivery time once the order has been handed over to Posti is 4 business days.
Please note that the delivery time provided by Posti is an estimate and Juuret Jewellery is not responsible for any delays, or indirect losses caused thereby, that occur after the order has been handed over to the postal service for delivery. Juuret Jewellery is also not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect losses caused by such a delay.
If you need your order to arrive before a certain date, please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipping costs within Finland are 6€.
Returns
We hope that you will love your purchase as much as we loved making it, however, should you wish to return it you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. Any product that is returned must be in its original condition. It must also be unworn and in its original packaging. If the value of the product has been lowered or it has become unsaleable due for instance to having been worn or used, the customer is responsible for compensating this loss of value.
In order to return a product, please fill out the return form and carefully pack the product in the package that you received it in or in an equivalent package and hand it over for delivery at a Posti office. Keep the receipt as it is proof that the package has been received for delivery by Posti. The costs of returning the product are payable by the customer. Returns should be addressed to:

After we have received the return shipment, the value of your product, excluding the original shipping costs, will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Potential problems
If your order has disappeared or been damaged during shipping or otherwise does not correspond to the order placed, we ask that you contact us at juuretjewellery@gmail.com immediately upon noticing this and at the latest 14 days after receiving your order. If your order has been damaged in the post, you will also need to file a report of this with Posti. Please do so without delay.
Guarantee
We pride ourselves on making jewellery of high quality that will stand the test of time both in terms of design and durability. Should one of our products be faulty or show signs of substandard quality, we ask that you contact us so that we can agree upon a course of action.
Please note that as all our products are handmade there might be slight variations in their appearances and attributes.
Changes
Juuret Jewellery reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. By using the website and the services provided (such as the webshop) the customer accepts the terms and conditions in full.
